A message from our founder, Cliff Parisi

Some of you may know me as 'Fred Buckle' from Call The Midwife or 'Minty' from EastEnders. I've been an actor for many years, so I'm no stranger to using skincare products and make-up, and over the years I've tried dozens of different products.

I was dozing off one day whilst learning my lines and I had a dream. I was doing a Fred Buckle task, oiling the nuns' bike chains with my little pump-action oil can, and it suddenly came to me. That's it! A moisturiser in a canister you keep forever, something that appeals to us men: an oil can!

I knew exactly what type of face moisturiser I wanted. It had to be fast absorbing, smell amazing, have a matte finish and be kind to both skin and the environment. No one wants a shiny Moosh!

My wife was always telling me to use my moisturiser, but I could never find it among all the plastic tubes cluttering up the bathroom. So I made one you can't miss: stainless steel, like a piece of bathroom jewellery, that you refill instead of throwing away. I didn't want to change the world, I just want to make it look a bit better.

I am so proud of this product, and it has been such a pleasure to work with some amazing chemists to develop this range.

It would make a wonderful gift and looks brilliant on your bathroom shelf. I think it's the best face moisturiser out there and I hope you do too!
