Refund policy

We want you to love your Manley & Moosh. If something isn't right, we'll put it right.

Unopened products. You can return any unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged or faulty items. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@manleyandmoosh.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including postage.

How to return. Email hello@manleyandmoosh.com before sending anything back and we'll give you the return address. Unless the item is damaged or faulty, return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 14 days. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
